There is no credit or makeup for missed group lessons. Make up or credit for private lessons are per the individual instructor.
For private lessons,any cancellations or changes MUST be made 36 hours in advance with proper notification or the student will be charged for the missed or cancelled lesson.Every effort will be made to reschedule the student in case of emergencies if space is available. Determination of emergencies are at the discretion of the teacher and are on a case by case basis.
All payments must be made prior to start of any semester or month or class (depending on the class). This also applies to private lessons. No lesson or class is given on credit.
Promptness in dropping off and picking up the student (when applicable) is important. All classes will start on time.
The Stage Door does not assume responsibility for any child dropped off unattended. Please do not drop off your child(ren) more than 10 minutes before the class begins or pick up more than 10 minutes after it ends.
If fewer than the minium number enroll, the class will be cancelled. You will be notified and will receive a refund. Refund requests and withdrawl from classes must be made by parents. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES. No refunds will be authorized in the event of a dismissal.
